I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the delightful dining experiences and the convenience of having park tickets readily available. The rooms were nicely decorated and mostly comfortable, although we did have a hiccup retrieving our bags. Our stay at Novotel Imagica was quite pleasant overall. The highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic staff, especially Rahul Mhatre and Kajol, who made us feel valued. However, I did find the room cleanliness lacking, and the entrance wasn't quite welcoming due to water on the floor. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the variety of food was impressive.
